Technical Support is provided free for the first 90 days after installation of the CourseWriter Developer and Manager Systems. Thereafter, a small fee is required for an annual Maintenance and Support Contract. Customers with an annual contract also receive software updates (major and minor releases) free of charge.
Presenter is normally supplied with a free, enterprise-wide licence that allows you to distribute copies of Presenter throughout your organisation. CBT Solutions normally insist that all support calls from an organisation are channelled through nominated individuals - usually the authors or technical specialists.
Unless you have a special arrangement, support is only provided during normal UK office hours - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. However, if you have an urgent problem, try phoning anyway - there is nearly always somebody in the office who can help you. We will endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours.

We want to know if you find any problems in our CourseWriter software. To encourage you to report any problems, even if you do not have a support contract, we offer a small bounty of either a free upgrade to the next version or a free extension to your maintenance contract - whichever applies. To qualify, you must be one of the first to report the problem and we must agree that you really have found a 'bug' in our current software.
If you want to report a problem, please try to give us as much information as you can, including the release version of the software (use the Help / About menu). If you need to quote an error message please give us the EXACT error message as it appears on the screen. If the error message offers additional details, click on the Details button and note the extra information offered. For example, "ThisApp caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 014f:bff9a07c". Tip: To save you writing, you can usually copy and paste the text from these message boxes.
